Our Dentist
Dr. Hogg graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to studying dentistry, he obtained a First Class Honours degree in Science from Queen’s University, Belfast. Chris hails from Bangor, Co. Down but has lived in Dublin for over twenty years, having come to Dublin as an apprentice PGA golf professional.
Before his studies at Queen’s and Trinity, Chris played golf professionally and taught golf in Ireland and Texas. He is married with a young family, and still gets to play a little bit of golf.
Our Approach
Good oral health starts with prevention. Regular check-ups and cleaning will save money and stop small problems from becoming bigger issues. Many adults can benefit from the support of the PRSI scheme.This reduces the cost of examination and cleaning visits.
We welcome all age groups and are proud to say that we especially like looking after nervous patients,young and old. A positive attitude to dentistry starts with regular visits at a young age, so children are especially welcome to come for short, simple visits to become familiar to the clinic and the team.

Your dental check-up will include a full mouth health check, including an oral cancer screening and may involve further diagnostic testing such as X-ray’s where appropriate.
Children’s dental check-ups are important to help children adapt to coming to the dentist regularly. We really emphasize oral health advice during these check-ups, and provide plenty of tooth brushing tips!

We are passionate about early intervention dentistry. We especially love treating children and providing easy oral health tips that can be incorporated into their daily routines.

In some cases you may need to have a tooth removed. Whether it’s a problematic wisdom tooth, a decayed or traumatised tooth, we will endeavour to make the procedure as comfortable as possible for you. We will always ensure profound local anaesthesia before proceeding. Sutures may be placed to help secure the gum and encourage healing.
